In Paradise Point, short-term home rentals are not permitted according to our Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the Paradise Point Subdivision. Specifically, Article III Use Restrictions, Section 1 - Land Use and Building Type, states that 'no lot shall be used for business purposes.' Furthermore, in Article III Use Restrictions, Section 1 A. Leasing, subsection (2) clearly states 'LEASES PROHIBITED,' which includes leasing of residences, encompassing short-term or vacation rentals, and more.
